Personnel Search IT recruitment Hiring for Oracle Developer at Netherlands Full Time

Our client consolidates extensive knowledge of IT and logistics in distinctive software. By means of innovative IT solutions, we make the supply chains of our customers active in manufacturing, trade and retail fully transparent and proactively plannable. But for logistics service providers, we also realise intermodal transport management systems (TMS), dynamic planning boards, terminal operating systems (TOS) and portals that allow them to pro-actively exchange data with customers, suppliers, carriers and/or recipients.

As one of their software developers, you will maintain the existing terminal orders and stock systems which are developed in Oracle APEX & PL/SQL and supports all terminal processes. In the past years a bespoke ERP system has been developed, refined and is currently undergoing enhancements. You will be part of the team that develops the new features to support new and/or not yet migrated terminals. Together with your colleagues you will further develop the required solutions and ideas in APEX and PL/SQL, including writing unit tests, documenting all knowledge and promoting the software through the established deployment pattern, which they themselves also run & maintain internally.

-You have at least 2 years experience as a software developer with Oracle APEX or PL/SQL knowledge;
-Understanding of test automation in an AGILE environment;
-Bachelor or Master degree in field of IT or other related field;
-Experience in software promotion through continuous delivery street is a pre. (Git,Jenkins, Flyway);
-Understanding of the oil/gas tank storage business is a pre;
-You have excellent social and communication skills;
-You are highly driven to succeed and you will bring this energy along in the team;
-You are able to write and speak English fluently.
