Personal-Touch Home Care Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at White Plains, NY Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

This essential team member acts as an ambassador of Personal-Touch Home Care within the community and on our online platforms to identify quality home care professional candidates (HHA’s/PCA’s) worthy of joining our all-star team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging, creative content for various job boards, online employment forums, social media platforms, etc.

• Maintain meticulous data regarding leads and applicants.

• Schedule interviews and host presentations with potential applicant referral sources.

• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

• Collaborate with Community Outreach team members to identify territories in which new talent is needed.

• Attend job and health fair events online and in-person.

• Consistently promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness for caregivers to join our team.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· Meet the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws.

· High School Diploma

· At least 18 years of age.

· Able to perceive and follow instructions presented on various documents; log in care-given,

on software portal.

· Move and transport promotional items or informative material.

· Ability to travel between locations, outside the office, as needed.

· Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
