The Talent Development Partner will own responsibility for delivering development solutions for our business that contribute to the delivery of the Company’s Business and People Strategy.
Working with external training providers to ensure best practice development solutions are delivered in line with business goals to ensure we are fit for the future.

This is a role with white space to make it your own. You will get to design, own and manage the PG Talent Development strategy. Working in a hands-on role which is broad, varied and challenging, a role where you can use your partner/manager level L&D experience to be successful. We are a collaborative and dynamic team with a real desire to improve the colleague experience and can offer a great team working environment.
