HR Performance Administrator

22 – 37 hours – fixed term contract until January 2023 to cover maternity leave

Grade 8 – £22,129 rising to £22,571 pro rata on successful completion of training and probation period

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Workforce team at Persona.

In this role you will work in partnership with colleagues to collect, analyse and present a range of management information in relation to our workforce. You will also be responsible for leading on a number of audits within the team to ensure compliance is maintained.

You’ll need excellent IT skills, an eye for detail and a curious mind in order to interpret information and advise on key themes, trends, highlights and exceptions. This role will be based from home for part of the week.
