ABOUT THE ROLE

PERSOLKELLY are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant on behalf of our client who is in the Government Sector. This role accepts applications across NSW. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible to provide administrative support and advice for the delivery of customer focused end to end talent acquisition activities.

This role would suit someone who has experience with operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer high volume end to end talent acquisition transactions via the online recruitment system
• Generate letters of offers and new starter paperwork in order to ensure an efficient offer process
• Initiate and process on boarding paperwork and requests to ensure a positive and timely on boarding experience
• ensure up to date and consistent information is used throughout the attraction and selection process
• Respond to recruitment enquiries providing accurate recruitment advice in order to support customers
• Provide recruitment reporting updates such as metrics and data to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of activities and make effective recruitment decisions

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Double vaccination certificate
• Certificate IV in relevant discipline/experience is highly regarded
• WWCC (willing to obtain)
