About you

You will be a proactive recruitment consultant, always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market share by finding permanent career opportunities for your candidates and top talent for your clients. You’re a confident networker and take ownership of your specialist market vertical.

Reporting into the Business Manager, you will join an experienced and mature team and as the Senior Recruitment Consultant you will provide permanent recruitment solutions to your clients. You will specialise in your designated market segment, originating and maintaining long term and sustainable client relationships.

• Recruit & Head hunt permanent candidates, specific to all our client requirements, WARM DESK!
• Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
• Manage a database of candidates actively seeking Permanent careers in specialist white-collar professions
• Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
• Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV’s
• Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
• Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
• Invest the time to truly understand our customers so that we can be the best at delivering value

Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity at PERSOLKELLY:

• Recruitment industry experience with a track record is desirable, not essential.
• Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability with sales and customer service

These x2 positions can be fulltime working from home, in a regional location – full home office set up provided. Flexible hours. Part time can be negotiated.
