About you
You will be a proactive recruitment consultant, always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market share by finding permanent career opportunities for your candidates and top talent for your clients. You’re a confident networker and take ownership of your specialist market vertical.
Reporting into the Permanent Business Manager, you will join an experienced and mature team and as the Senior Recruitment Consultant you will provide permanent recruitment solutions to your clients. You will specialise in your designated market segment, originating and maintaining long term and sustainable client relationships.
Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity at PERSOLKELLY:
Recruitment industry experience with a track record is desirable, not essential.
Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
Demonstrated ability with sales and customer service is highly regarded
These x2 positions can be hybrid or fulltime working from home, in a regional location – full home office set up provided. Flexible hours. Part time or fulltime.
