We are currently seeking a Business Support Consultant to join our Temporary Team in Melbourne CBD.

You will manage an existing client portfolio as you grow and develop new business along the way.

As our client’s recruitment requirements continue to expand, you will offer them guidance, support and quality service to ensure we can meet their staffing requirements.

At PERSOLKELLY, We have dedicated Consultants in the areas of:

IT, STEM, Government, Professional Services, Technical and Operations and have a vacancy in the Professional Services – Business Support Team. Ideally you will have experience in the recruitment industry along with strong sales capabilities to hit the ground running in our CBD business.

You will be ambitious, outgoing and thrive on success by delivering the highest quality of service to both candidates and clients.

This position is a full 360 Recruitment role with:

Responsibilities including:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Business development for new and existing clients
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Completing offer and contract details
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
