It’s a very busy time for HR/Recruitment roles at the moment and we currently have vacancies for temporary part time HR/Recruitment administrators.

These are urgent roles with the requirement for an IMMEDIATE start.

These roles require someone with strong admin experience and ideally a sound knowledge of HR/Recruitment/mobilisation processes. This client is very strongly focused on providing the highest quality of customer and candidate care so people skills and a passion for providing top tier service is essential

Location: Belmont and Bassendean

Hours: Approx. 22 per week – ideally spread over 5 days

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting a small but busy HR team
• Assisting with the inductions and onboarding of new employees
• Updating and maintaining employee records
• Assistance with recruitment process (booking in interviews etc)
• General adhoc duties as required

Experience / Skills Required

• Excellent organisation and coordination skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Outstanding communication skills is a must
• Ideally experience in an HR/Recruitment Admin role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to start immediately
