PERSOLKELLY Hiring for HR Administrator Job at Adelaide Full Time

We are currently seeking experienced HR admin professional who is available immediately (or in the near future) Full-time 38 hours per week.

• Duties will include:

  • Front desk support/reception duties
  • Provide direct Administrative support to the HR Manager across all functions of the organisation
    • Coordinate activity for recruitment processes
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding coordination activities
    • Process, procedure and statutory compliance as applicable
    • Manage employee data management and updating of employee files

  Needs:

  • Previous experience in an Administration role
  • Ideally, experience working within a HR team or similar department
  • Valid Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance
  • MS Office Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal as well as a strong customer service ethic
  • Other key skills would be flexible, a fast learner, autonomous and well-organised. Strong and applied skills across Microsoft suite, the ability to work under pressure, in a results-based environment and a can do’ attitude towards achieving goals and targets.
  • High standard of administrative accountability, through excellent organisational skills to meet clearly defined outcomes and deadlines.
