The Associate Consultant provides immediate business operations support to our established constultants.

This is an entry level position and is suited to a business savvy, customer centric individual with a growth mindset eager to carve their career path.

About You

• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Proven background as a team player
• Learning and development mindset
• Ability to form and grow relationships with clients and candidates
• Experience within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential

On-site Employee Management

• Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools.
• Proactive in reverse marketing (assists) of available on-site employees to customers.
• Utilise the Recruitment Manager to check candidate applications to identify and remove those that do not meet the essential skills and experience requirements of the position.
• Ensure placement of on-site employee meet or exceed customer needs.
• Take corrective action as required and escalate any issues identified to the team leader or line manager.
• Customer Management
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer enquiries.
• Act and communicate with integrity in all customer dealings, ensuring that all promises made are delivered on and meet customer’s expectations.
• Help manage external client relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks.
• Attend onsite customer meetings, as required, to develop customer relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery.
