We are a machine shop that will be initiating large growth plans over the next several months.
The Office Manager position will initially be 4 day/32 hours a week. As we grow this position may expand to an additional day on Fridays.
Candidate must have a high level of experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Excel.
The responsibilities include the following-
· Accounts Payable and Receivables.
· Payroll.
· Keeping all tax items up to date. Provide outside accountants and management any information needed.
· Employee onboarding.
· Job writeups.
· Job costing and tracking employee hours.
· Scheduling shipping.
· Taking customer calls and anything else managed by the front office.
· Managing OSHA compliance. Overseeing all information and documentation to keep our safety program legal and up to date.
· All accounting, filing, information storage, transferring of information to be kept current and organized.
· Keep a written procedure list of all typical processes of this position.
· Implement streamlining of current procedures- transferring paper documenting to digital. May require consulting with outsource IT.
· Complete other duties as assigned.

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
