Perry Johnson Inc. is a business management company in Troy, Michigan. We are looking for a full-time recruiter for our Troy, MI office. This role will own the recruitment process for hiring needs on our business teams including: sales, scheduling, logistics, administrative, accounting, field auditors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and hiring multiple people at once.

Duties:

• negotiate pay plans
• coordinate onboarding process for new hires.
• conduct background checks and reference checks.
• screen applicants for selected positions and act as a liaison between candidate and hiring manager.
• recruit for internal hires as well as contract and full-time auditors.
• maintain records and qualifications for all auditors.
• extend candidate offers as needed.
• maintain and create job postings.
• performs other responsibilities as assigned.
• requires significant time spent on phone and Microsoft teams using video conferencing.

Educational Requirements:

• high school diploma required.
• some college strongly preferred.

Pay: Starting at $60,000 + bonuses and incentives
