We are currently looking for a Walmart Specialist to join our team in Dublin, GA! 

SUMMARY

The Walmart Specialist will ensure that all Walmart shipments are complete, correct and shipped to Walmart Guidelines.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Inspect the completed order prior to it being shipped to Walmart to ensure that it is 100% complete and that we are not over or under shipping. 
• Ensure that the shipment goes out when needed. 
• Partner with logistics to ensure that needed trucks are scheduled and arrive on time. 
• Review timelines and plan accordingly. 
• Be accountable for your area of responsibility. 
• Organize and conduct necessary training activities for the staff and workers, and understand all Walmart requirements.
• Work effectively with other managers within a functional team and supports new team members.
• Proactively think beyond the explicit assignment to ask second-order questions and identify additional analytic needs.
• Accurately, quickly, and clearly answer questions related to your area of focus.
• Be viewed as a credible company expert on Walmart
• Effectively prepare and run internal meetings with supporting analytics and data.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Learn and utilize Retail Link (Walmart system) – will train
• Ability to travel as needed to Miami for training.  
• Working understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (we will train).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma required
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience
