We are currently looking for a Retail Planner to join our team in Miami, FL! 

SUMMARY

Develops logistical and financial plans to achieve both Merchandise and Location goals and objectives. This job requires the ability to plan both location assortments and merchandise assortments and make it work within space constraints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Close collaboration with merchants to develop assortment strategies to meet financial goals.
     * Create annual financial plans – Topside reconciled to location level.
     * Maintain adjusted forecasts throughout year.
     * Control and manage Open-To-Buy
     * Create and manage localized assortments
     * Manage and execute allocations to stores (replenishment models and key item forecasting).
     * Identify opportunity to increase business at location level.
     * Manage Inventory efficiency by moving product between channels to ensure optimum results.
     * Constant management of store profiling. (Sizing, growth categories, lifestyles)
     * Visits stores and partner with store personnel to achieve goals.
     * Manage new store openings timeline, from merchandising to fixture requirements.  

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
     * Proficient with Google Drive/Applications or related software.
     * Ability to handle demanding fast paced environment.
     * Proficiency in analytical software (Google Excel RPAS)
     * Strong analytical and communication skills.
     * Proficient in retail math.
     * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
     * Ability to analyze and solve problems, both financial and merchandise issues.
     * Must be self starter.
     * Ability to work in team environment
     * Strong organizational and delegation skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
     * Bachelor’s degree
     * 3+ years experience in specialty retailing planning/buying/stores.
