DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently looking for an Assistant E-Commerce Account Executive to join our team in Miami, FL!Â
SUMMARY
As our digital business continues to grow, we are looking for a high potential candidate to join our team at Perry Ellis International. This is a support role to various e-commerce sales executives and will include several of our brands that we own or license and sell online. You would be working with a very driven team in a fast paced environment handling several tasks at a time. This position is primarily responsible for item set up, content and asset management, auditing websites, creating spreadsheets and business reporting. The key departments this role works with are: planning, sales, brand marketing, digital marketing, and digital asset team.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
   * Responsible for auditing our partner’s websites to ensure our products are live on a timely basis.
   * Evaluate content health and improve product listings.
   * Partner with the planning team on inventory management for top styles and socialize supply chain concerns.
   * Partner with sales operations to ensure allocations are optimized.
   * Item set up and maintenance for several brands with various accounts.
   * Ensure content and assets are available in Salsify on a timely basis.
   * Assist with enhanced content (A+ details pages or through Syndigo).
   * Work closely with internal stakeholders (and external vendors as needed) on product descriptions. Â
   * Assist external partners in paid advertising campaigns.
   * Sales order management.
   * Works closely with brand marketing to execute asset needs for our ecommerce accounts.
   * Leads sampling program- orders samples and sends to customers for various accounts.
   * Runs business and financial reporting.

   * Proficient with Google Drive/Applications or related software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
   *  Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business or related field
   * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or retail experience; E-commerce/Amazon experience a plus
