Talent Acquisition Strategist

This Strategist role provides the opportunity to contribute to Perrigo’s employer brand and employee value proposition and to identify strategies that enable the People Solutions Recruitment Team and Perrigo leaders to find best in class, diverse talent from around the world. The role reports into Global Talent Acquisition Strategies, which is the global hiring center of excellence.

Scope of the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy – Provides input into developing talent acquisition strategies that meet key stakeholder, business, and candidate needs and takes action to bring the strategy to life.

Stakeholder Relationships – Maintain relationships and leverage ongoing feedback loops and effective written, verbal and nonverbal communications with internal stakeholders such as People Solutions, HR Business Partners and Hiring leaders and external stakeholders such as community partners, labor suppliers, etc. Leverages talent acquisition expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and guide stakeholders on how to identify and attract the best talent for Perrigo. Finds creative ways to balance business and internal stakeholder needs with the needs of candidates considered for promotion and potential new joiners to Perrigo.

Talent Acquisition Action Planning – Uses knowledge of current labor market conditions and trends, diversity, equity and inclusivity, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers and ability to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance sourcing efforts for diverse talent, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.

Project Management – Demonstrates the ability to manage ongoing, simultaneous talent acquisition projects of a tactical and strategic nature and looks for operational efficiencies.

Recruitment – Lead the hiring process for Vice President level positions.

Data Analysis – Locates and analyses internal Perrigo data and external labor market benchmark data to inform talent acquisition strategies and stakeholder relationships.

Leadership – May lead, coach, and develop team members in support of individual and function goals.

This role support all global locations Perrigo operates in and encompasses all aspects of Talent Attraction from branding, sourcing, selecting, assessing, & onboarding.

Experience Required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with the candidate sourcing cycle including branding, sourcing, selecting, promoting, and onboarding talent
• 5+ years of recruiting or equivalent sales/marketing/relationship management experience
• Ability to build and maintain internal stakeholder and external talent sourcing relationships on behalf of Perrigo through effective verbal, nonverbal and strong written communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, tech savvy with full command of digital sourcing tools and social media sites used to source talent
• Ability to chart, analyze, and present data in visually appealing ways to influence decision making
• Proven sourcing skills with ability to identify and attract candidates for highly niche roles with a limited budget
• Can demonstrate a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a business owner mindset
• A positive bias for action, speed, and simplicity and an ability to cut through ambiguity to deliver results
• Ability to zoom out and think strategically and zoom in to work through detail
• Fluency in English in business contexts
