The People Associate position, is a client facing role that is pivotal in providing accurate and timely HR advice and support to Perpetual employees and people leaders in a self-service HR environment. Our ideal team member would be an individual with a strong customer service ethic and keen interest in HR.

Provide advice on the full suite of people processes across the employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compensation, work health and safety, performance management and offboarding

Provide accurate documentation for all new starters and employee internal movements within agreed service level
-
Ensure accurate and timely advice is provided to clients within agreed service levels

Coach and support people leaders and employees on how to process transactions in Workday
-
Provide information and review accuracy of information entered in Workday by people leaders
-
Create and maintain e-files for all new starters and employees, ensuring all documents are complete and correctly filed

Maintain and monitor visa sponsorship program
-
Administer employment background screening
-
Upload information to the PAC intranet
-
Build effective relationships with people leaders and employees
-
Develop and maintain people services processes, procedures and policies

Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset

Support people leaders and PAC stakeholders to use Workday self-service reports and dashboards.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

HR, TAFE or relevant degree/qualifications preferred
-
Understanding of relevant HR policies and legislation
-
Experience working within the Banking and Finance industry (desirable)
-
Strong customer service ethic
-
Working knowledge of Workday (desirable)
-
Continuous improvement experience within operational environments (desirable)

Highly organised with great attention to detail
-
Time management and prioritising skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
