Your unique contribution
This is a great opportunity to join a highly respected HR team based in Pernod Ricard Winemakers’ stunning Barangaroo head office. Working closely with the Talent Engagement Manager, you will partner with hiring managers in the full end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Commercial.
You will be a trusted advisor, using best practise sourcing strategies and coaching the hiring managers in identifying top talent. This encompasses sourcing a broad range of roles from Finance, Commercial, Marketing, IT, and Legal.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time and play an active part in developing and implementing the Talent Engagement Strategy. Our EVP is not a marketing tool, it is truly felt and is part of our DNA, reach out to any of our talent and they will agree.

  • Be a trusted partner to the business and manage the end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles
  • Use a range of proactive sourcing strategies to find top talent and create talent pipelines
  • Deliver first class candidate care and educate the broader business on best practice
  • Coordinate recruitment administration activities throughout the ATS and produce weekly activity reports.
  • Collaborate and develop process improvements across the talent engagement strategy.

  • Experience in recruiting professional white-collar roles, either within internal or agency recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide specialist advice and influence others through the process.
  • Experience in strategic proactive sourcing and strategies for talent pooling and pipeline
  • Passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed skills across planning, organising and time management with an ability to juggle priorities
