Permobil Hiring for (REMOTE) Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Montréal, QC Full Time

Permobil is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the health community. We provide medical equipment to those in need, such as wheelchair accessories, adaptive devices, hospital beds and more.

The proposed salary is $40,000-43000 per year based on experience. Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours a week). We are currently operating remotely and will possibly look into a hybrid position in office located in Lachine.

Preferred skills and experience:

• 2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
• bilingual (French and English)
• Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel)
• Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Experience with an order entry system a plus

Responsibilities:

• Processing quotes/orders into ERP system
• Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries
• Following up on orders
• Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
