Job Title: Customer Experience Representative Order Entry Clerk

Job Type: 1 year Contract

Hourly rate: $20.67/hr

Location: Lachine

Tentative Start date: As soon as possible

Permobil is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the health community. We provide medical equipment to those in need, such as wheelchair accessories, adaptive devices, hospital beds and more. Our hours are 830-5 Monday-Friday, no weekends. This position is a 1 year contract with the possibility of permanency.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer support
• Must be able to write in both (French and English)
• Experience with an order entry system is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook)
• Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail with accuracy
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Processing quotes/orders into our ERP system
• Contact customers via email regarding missing information/inquiries
• Following up on orders
• Adjusts their own errors and sends them to CEM for approval
