By joining us, you would be part of the customer excellence team assisting those in need by providing superior service to other businesses across Canada and users. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for processing orders, quotes, and inquiries received via email and by phone. You will be supporting clients and sales representatives with the other members of our customer excellence team to ensure the users receive their equipment as quickly as possible.

The proposed salary is $40,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours a week). We are temporarily working remotely, and will return to our office on a hybrid rotation.

Preferred skills and experience:

• 2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
• Fluently bilingual
• Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel)
• Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Experience with an order entry system a plus

Responsibilities:

• Processing quotes/orders into ERP system
• Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries
• Following up on orders
• Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
