Permobil Hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) at Montréal, QC Full Time

Permobil is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the health community. We provide medical equipment to those in need, such as wheelchair accessories, adaptive devices, hospital beds and more. We are currently operating remotely and will possibly look into a hybrid position in office located in Lachine.

Preferred skills and experience:

• 2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
• Must be bilingual (French and English)
• Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook)
• Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Experience with an order entry system a plus

Responsibilities:

• Processing quotes/orders into ERP system
• Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries
• Following up on orders
• Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner

Salary: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
