DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES/EDUCATION – FULL TIME

REPORTS TO ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Director of Membership Services maintains the member records pertaining to education, billing, scanning into Navica all information tied to any member, which includes membership application, new member orientation, education, CE’s, etc. Scheduling education for members and following up with necessary materials and/or links. Maintain a working relationship with the Professional Development staff at TR and NAR. Keeping membership records synced with NAR and TR on a continued basis. Pulling weekly active unpaid and unreported licensee report from the TR website and making the necessary calls, emails and updates to keep our records aligned with TR and M1. Team player and positive attitude a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet walk-in customs and provide superior customer services.
• Assist New Members with Application and initial membership fees
• Enter New Members in Navica and generate invoice
• Assist New Member with log-in and navigation
• New Member Orientation
• Dates set at beginning of year
• Keep records of attendance and records in NRDS/M1
• Send emails of date and time to all new primary members and their brokers
• Follow-up after Orientation on attendance to appropriate Brokers
• Track and hold accountable new members that fail to attend orientation. Give them a warning if they missed their scheduled orientation and inform them, they will have services suspended until Orientation is completed. 90-day max to complete orientation
• Pull TR Daily Active Unpaid Report to monitor compliance and ensure all members are paid and, in the systems
• MLS Support Duties
• Assign MLS request to proper staff person
• Fulfill memberships’ resignations and transfers requests
• Add streets and do withdrawals to assist memberships’ requests
• Enter all new members in NAVICA and SUPRA
• Education
• Schedule classes with the Professional Development Committee
• Enter all Education in Navica with Registration and payment links
• Ensure adequate assistance
• Ensure all workbooks, educational material is ready prior to member arrival
• Work with Association Executive and Professional Development Committee on a quarterly education calendar. Serves as a non-voting member of Professional Development (Education Committee)
• Work with TR & NAR to ensure CE credits are entered in a timely manner
• Keep Googles Calendar update with all scheduled events, meetings, and classes
• Assist Booker
• Respond and facilitate all calls and assistance needed in regards to A/R concerns
• Code invoices in accordance with the Chart of Accounts, get approval
• Provide proper paperwork for all resignations and transfers in NAVICA requests
• Assist Association Executive with general administrative duties as requested
• Typing
• Excel Spreadsheets
• Attends Community meetings as assigned
• Ensures that all Core Standards for CE and New Member Orientation are documented as outlined by NAR
• Serve as a team member of the Staff/other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
