We are looking for a client-centered, organized, energetic, and motivated Office Manager for our Moncton office location.
What can I expect if hired as an Office Manager?
To oversee two keys areas of the business:
Financial & Administrative:
Responsible for the full monthly accounting cycle:
· Maintaining the general ledger
· Payables and receivables
· Deposits and payments
· Bank and credit card reconciliations
· Payroll (paychecks, remittances, T4)
· HST returns
· Assisting the controller with year-end preparation
· Ad hoc monthly reporting as directed by management
· Additional government reporting
· Assistance with sales activities
Operational:
· Receiving incoming calls from our 3 New Brunswick locations
· Handling customer requests and questions
· Managing the technician scheduling and management software

DO I qualify?

· Extensive experience with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Valid driver’s license
