About the Role
To support our continued growth at Perks, we are seeking the services of an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP), you will be primarily responsible for performing all aspects of the firm’s recruitment lifecycle from advertising, sourcing, interviewing, testing, and providing recommendations to hiring managers and processing contracts. You will also work closely with the P&CBP in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
