The Talent Success Leader is responsible for providing strategy, leadership, and expertise for the full scope of organizational development, organizational design & effectiveness, cultural activation, leadership development, talent acquisition and leadership pipeline activities across PerkinElmer’s Analytical and Enterprise Solutions Business (AES) .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
While not owning the Talent Acquisition Delivery, this role will Design and implement data-driven, go-to-market strategies that will attract top talent across complex and competitive global markets
Instill a customer-focused, partnership model and approach across the team to ensure delivery of a consistently outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
Manage a workforce planning process that projects the future skill and capability requirements for our company; bring market knowledge on external talent trends
Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams and HR partners to deliver holistic talent strategy recommendations drive by data insights
This role will lead Employer Branding in partnership with talent acquisition delivery leadership.

Imagine and realize the continued evolution of an innovative workplace while maintaining the culture aligned with the company vision, mission, and values.
Own and leads the Company’s Employee Listening strategy. This can be in the form of engagement surveys or other formats to constantly stay in touch with what employees need to succeed. Embrace two-way listening and communication for an ongoing dialogue with AES employees that furthers culture and strategy
Create the space for our Talent Management approach to be the vanguard for Inclusion, Diversity and Global Mobility.
Talent Management:
Own the Company’s Performance Management Process. Build a modern, progressive approach towards effectively enabling employees and managers to build high-performing teams
Architect and drive an ongoing “talent dialogue” with leaders including the processes and how to do this in conversations
Define the expectations, scope, and competencies of leaders, and then build a long-term plan that would enable incumbents to be successful in their role
Learning & Development:
Accelerate manager’s capabilities through learning and development programs that focus on feedback, coaching, and strategic thinking
Help lead the vision for a world-class onboarding program to accelerate learning, build out company values practices, and deepen employee engagement experiences that gives AES employees a compelling and comprehensive experience throughout their careers that is unique to the AES culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Business, or a related field
12+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent management, and Talent Acquisition with ability to work with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert in the field
PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS:
Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategic agenda using knowledge of the organization and its employees
Demonstrated ability to lead significant organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills
Ability to support and coach senior leaders, when appropriate
Strong assessment skills coupled with excellent judgment and perspective on human resources issues
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
An impact player with proven ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner
Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and act on business priorities
Global recruiting experience leading Talent Acquisition preferred, understanding of global recruiting dynamics, policies, and business dynamics
E xcels at developing and implementing organization-wide processes and projects.
Knowledgeable of best practice processes for workforce management, including performance planning, and employee and management coaching
Experienced team leader/people manager with the ability to influence with trust and credibility, and collaborate across functional/geographical business leaders
Clear and concise communication style with the ability to influence and enact change
A forward-thinking leader with an appetite to learn the AES business model in depth
Self-starter, builder, and someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
Preference to candidates in Eastern time zone
