RESPONSIBILITIES:
I dentify and respond to customers’ inquiries and ensure resolution to customers’ satisfaction
Process orders for instrument and service orders from customers within the assigned region, from order entry to invoicing
Co-ordinate shipping efforts between various manufacturing facilities and third party suppliers
Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes are in accordance with corporate policies on revenue recognition, pricing and various import and export regulatory requirements, business ethics and practices
Process Letters of Credit documentation, bank guarantee, performance bid bonds
Ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, inventory and backlog performance
Identify and respond to customers inquiries and ensure resolution to customers satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and input into in-house QMS/CRM system for complaint resolution and trending
Establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers
Lead in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have French language proficiency (and English)
Minimum 5 years Customer Service (phone/email) experience in a team-based environment
Solid user level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet explorer.

BA/BS degree (preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles/ types
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Flexible – open to change and new information
Bias for Action – Pursues resolutions with a sense of urgency and commitment to customer
Computer Skills:
SAP knowledge/experience preferred
Basic understanding and utilization of a variety of resources such as carrier sites, ERP systems, company websites, learning and quality management systems, etc.
