About the role*
As Perkbox embark on a global expansion and develop our leading platform, the quality of talent we bring into the business is absolutely essential for our success. Our priority is to continue to grow our product and engineering team to help us on this mission, and that’s where you come in. We are a mission lead company, working with the latest tech in fast moving, autonomous and agile teams – so there is plenty to get excited about and share with the wider tech network.
Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, your role will be to proactively find amazing people, share our story and convince them to come onboard through increasingly creative means.

About you
You’ll be a seasoned 360 recruiter with experience in the tech sector. Ideally you will have a network that you’ve built over time, and you’ll be interested in finding new and creative ways to reach out to new potential candidates. You’ll be a great communicator with a commercial mindset, and you’ll know how to write punchy outreach messages that get high response rates.
To be successful here, you will need to be a motivated self-starter, ready to juggle lots of tasks and demonstrate an aptitude to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. High attention to detail is essential and you should be motivated by wanting to find great talent in the most efficient way possible.
