The TA Partner will work closely with the HR Manager to implement the sourcing strategy for the boutiques in order to ensure a talent pipeline current and future needs. They are also a brand ambassador, responsible for driving the candidate experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment

• Manage daily recruitment activities for retail and office including but not limited to job Posting, resume screening, interview arrangements and providing feedback to candidates.
• Create and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through the recruitment process.
• Effectively act as a bridge and point of contact between external candidates and internal stakeholders, prioritising urgent requests and last-minute scheduling changes
• Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects to drive a best-in-class approach to hiring
• Be the first point of contact for all candidate/ recruitment queries
• Support with the development of interview guides/ assessment centre activities etc.

University Partnerships and Employer Branding

• Provide end to end support of internship/ graduate recruiting activities, scheduling, planning, and logistics
• Partner with the universities on projects to enhance employer branding
• In partnership with the HR Manager/ HQ Employer Branding / HQ Talent Teams to drive Employer Branding initiatives for the boutique across Oceania and through different platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Support and drive the internal referral Program

Administration

• Liaise with HR Operations team on any submission of Recruitment related invoices
• Support the HR Operations team with onboarding of employees.
• Ensure Talent pipeline list is updated,
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

About you:

• You have 5 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You are a self-starter, able to multi-task and have a strong passion for bringing in great talents
• You are naturally curious and enjoy being hands-on
• Have experience in using LinkedIn.
