This role is for a Not-For-Profit focusing within disability services, and they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisitions Partner to join their amazing team! Reporting to an amazing People and Culture Manager, this role is accountable for the management of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure appropriate and timely supply of resources for the business.

About the role:

• Ensures the design and implementation of a best-practice recruitment and selection process in collaboration with
  
  the People & Culture Team
• Proactively collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop a talent pool in line with available funding and management requirements
• Develops and tracks measurable facets of the recruitment and selection process, including the collection of
  
  recruitment activity data and costs
• Participation in the implementation of e-recruitment system including user acceptance testing

About you:

• Communication – professional verbal and written communication skills
• Organisation – well planned, professional and organised
• Computer literacy – advanced skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS and e-recruitment ‘Page Up’ or equivalent
• Leadership – ability to manage recruitment initiatives from start to finish (end to end recruitment experience)
