Rare opportunity for a talented finance professional to take on this permanent position as a true Finance Business Partner. This creative and challenging environment requires an energetic and motivated finance professional to take complete ownership over the assigned business units and be the ‘go-to’ person for senior stakeholders.

With the assistance of an Accountant, you will produce the month end reporting and any other financial requirements required by the business. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process and most importantly, be the key finance link for the Directors and senior stakeholders with your business units. You will offer support and guidance through your sound financials and analysis, which will enable informed decision making.

You will be a skilled finance professional with a talent for dealing with people at all levels. You will be motivated to constantly improve and make changes, and you will be keen to get out into the business and develop relationships at all levels and across all departments.

You will be the type of person who loves to interact (in person) with a variety of different personalities on a daily basis!

You will be degree qualified with, ideally, a CA/CPA qualification. Above all you will have proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and the ability to have the tough conversations when necessary. Your communication skills will therefore be excellent and given the choice, you’d pick up the phone rather than send an email!
