Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance marketing expert or Specialist role based in New Delhi with minimum 3 years of experience in same industry. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of ads, conducting data analysis, executing performance testing, and designing strategies to improve overall efficiency. Collaboration with multiple departments to evaluate metrics and performance indicators will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and e-commerce sales.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for scaling.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing returns.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of performance marketing experience in the wellness/cosmetics industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Proven expertise in performance management and performance testing
• Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, results-driven environment
• Experience in creating performance improvement strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in using performance evaluation tools or software is an advantage
