Positions are in areas of Crypto mining data and Accounting, Solar Accounting, Real estate Accounting, Taxation, Financial analysis, loan servicing etc.

For all Accounting positions:

Strong concepts of Accounting, QuickBooks, Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities include books finalization, Review of financials statements and prepare adjustment Journal Entries.

Tax knowledge of Individual and business tax returns is preferable.

For Tax Positions:

Strong Knowledge of Individual and Business Taxation (LLC, C corps, S corps, Trusts, Non-profits etc.), Sales Tax, Payroll Taxes, Dealing with IRS and State for all kinds of taxes, Updated with current tax law changes is mandatory.

Concept knowledge of accounting, QuickBooks software, Excel is required.

Min 2 years’ experience is required in field of taxation

For Finance & Loan servicing Positions:

Analysis of financials and provide support for processing loans with banks, Credit Unions and other places.

Efficient and compliant in processes and procedures

Understand needs of the lines of business & manage budgets, project needs, stay compliant & process / service loans with banks, credit unions and other places

Ownership skills, ability to adapt changes, multi task and prioritize are key requirements.

Minimum one year experience is required in field of financing and loan servicing

Minimum Education:

– For Accounting Positions: CPA candidates or CPA, Graduate or master in Accounting, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, CWA, CMA or equivalent degrees

– For Tax positions: CPA candidate or CPA, Enrolled Agents, Graduate or Master in Accounting/taxation, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, CWA, CMA or equivalent degrees.

– For Finance Positions: CFA Candidate or CFA, CPA candidate or CPA, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants or equivalent degrees.

For all positions: Proactiveness, prompt attendance, timely coordination, strong communication, self-motivation, capability to work independently in fast faced environment, desire to work in team & in effective way with depts like accounting team, attorneys, clients are some of the key requirements of the job.
