ing directly to our Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Producer is crucial in expanding our agency’s and partners’ online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through various platforms.

It will also focus heavily on a general marketing approach, so tasks and projects are tailored to :

• Managing social media platforms and campaigns (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles)
• Creating email marketing campaigns
• Developing marketing strategies
• Tracking all of its performance

Here’s a little more detail about your day-to-day

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
• Maintain a content calendar for all social media channels
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
• Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations
• Manage and optimize online location listings, including updating business information, responding to reviews, and leveraging features to enhance visibility
• Create engaging email campaigns for our email marketing partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with company objectives and promotions
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to enhance performance and reach
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and development, to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Adapt to other digital marketing strategies to create for completion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of agency experience
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, along with email marketing and all marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paying close attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual content
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and organized
• Mac proficiency
