We are seeking a Specialist Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition Campaign team. This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the wider team’s overall success.

About the Role

As a Specialist Talent Acquisition within the Campaign team, you will partner with the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team to attract, screen, and engage a pipeline of talent. This is a role that will require you to drive high-volume, blue-collar recruitment.

You will be attracting and screening candidates and then working with the wider team and business to review and employ those candidates – whether by fast track or by assessment centre. You will live and breathe our brand, delivering a flawless candidate experience and exceptional hiring outcomes.

Flexibility is promoted at the Perenti Group; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment that supports working from home (WFH) and allows the opportunity to spend days in the office where you can network, build positive relationships with your stakeholders and foster team engagement.

Key Requirements

The Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Campaign Team will prove their commitment to candidate care, with exceptional attention to detail, and offer the following attributes and capability:

Proactive talent attraction: know what channels to use and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line.

Ability to manage high volume recruitment, paying particular attention to candidate experience.

Experience populating and participating in Assessment Centres.

Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrate an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide feedback to the TA team on candidate and market insights to assist with end-to-end TA process.
