We are currently expanding our services across the globe and require a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global talent team based in London. The role is to support our Expat recruitment portfolio for both Canada and Africa. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager you will be partnering with our Operations Managers and Vice President of Operations for the regions providing expert recruitment service delivery and contribute to the wider Talent Acquisition team’s overall success with sourcing and attraction of talent for the global business.

Key Requirements

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, manning forecasts and manage expectations and understanding of delivery
• Provide intelligence to team and ensure current recruitment activity aligns to business requirements
• Drive diversity agenda to influence female hiring
• Provide strategic support to function and collaborate with Manager Talent Acquisition to deliver on strategy
• Reporting to show current activity and progress and management and resolve of risk with the business
• Responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing operational effectiveness
• Manage 3rd party suppliers and performance
• Assist with implementing value add initiatives
• Oversee project ramp ups and provide business reporting
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within portfolio in accordance with relevant business unit procedures and guidelines,
• Maintaining governance and compliance within recruitment software, working towards utilising its full capabilities to ensure an efficient and high standard of recruitment operational discipline.
