Perdia Education Hiring for Online Admissions Representative Job at Remote Full Time

This is an inside educational sales and higher education student recruitment position located at your private, separate home office, self equipped with high-speed internet, a computer, and quiet privacy. The position will actively outreach and connect with potential undergraduate and graduate candidates for online degree programs will process applications for admissions and official transcripts, and will continuously promote a supportive, engaging environment between Perdia Education and its clients and students.

It is the responsibility of this position to identify and evaluate students’ goals, ensure enrollment metrics are met, and establish proper expectations with each student. Success in this position is met through exceeding planned lead-to-applicant, applicant-to-student, and student retention goals while maintaining effective, positive relationships with all clients and Perdia Education personnel. This position will embrace the mission of “every student counts” and will maintain upmost professionalism while executing both the objectives of Perdia Education.

• Engage prospective students via telephone, email, click to chat, and text messages about their future with the goal of enrollment
• You will uncover potential student needs and objectives through a set of phone-based outreach with consultative sales techniques.
• By utilizing your proven relationship building and sales skills, you will self-manage a pipeline of generated student inquiries to achieve set targets of student enrolments while ensuring the students’ needs are met throughout the entire process.
• Conduct conversations with prospective students to assess needs, showcase the benefits of education, and facilitate enrollment into a degree program.
• Mentor students from the application process through the first week of enrollment
• Meet all assigned metrics and call goals to reach expectations
• Responsible for managing and updating computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation
• Acts as a primary expert and provides advice and information to others. Responsible for other reasonably related duties as assigned.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• At least two years of Education related sales or “inside phone consultative sales” and “telephone recruiting” experience are required.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptability to connect with relevance to prospective students representing multiple stages of life and diverse backgrounds/experiences

• Demonstrated ability exceeding expectations, influencing others, and meeting deadlines

• A passion and enthusiasm for education

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
