The Role: Head of Talent

The Head of Talent will apply their operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies across Percent. This role will lead recruiting professionals that execute against hiring targets and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive world class recruiting practices and attract the best talent from all around the globe. In this role, you will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruitment professionals through all facets of the recruiting life-cycle.

A bit about you and the role:

• You’ll join our leadership team and develop an effective and efficient sourcing, recruiting, and staffing operation.
• You will advise on and leverage data, research and market intelligence applications to evolve our TA strategies, with an eye for innovation in this highly competitive landscape.
• Define and lead recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements.
• Understand HR-related regulations and compliance procedures.
• Establish key metrics to assess pipeline and talent acquisition effectiveness including D&I program impact, talent team engagement, candidate experience and hiring effectiveness
• Manage external agencies and vendors as necessary
• Advise business stakeholders on addressable talent markets, conduct talent pool analysis and build, and organize talent research.

Requirements:

• You have at least 5+ years of recruitment experience and managed recruitment processes across a variety of roles
• You have experience building internal people processes that foster high levels of collaboration
• You have held a Senior Talent/Head of Talent role at a fast-growing software technology company before, or have had comparable experiences
• You have a proven track record of delivering a high-level candidate experience, with superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• You possess a high level of empathy and can drive a great hiring experience, both for potential candidates and for hiring managers
• You have exceptional communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• You have experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
