Reports to: UK Talent Lead
Location: Reading or Leicester
Duration: 12-month maternity contract
Partnering with our Frontline function, as well as the UK Talent Lead, to develop and execute bespoke recruitment strategies and manage the identification and selection of high potential external talent for our 7 UK Supply Chain and Logistics sites. You will act as a recruitment partner to multiple stakeholders whilst managing high volume recruitment, from initial briefing and candidate identification through to assessment and onboarding.
