Position Summary

Reports to: UK Talent Lead

Location: Reading or Leicester

Duration: 12-month maternity contract

Main Accountability

Partnering with our Frontline function, as well as the UK Talent Lead, to develop and execute bespoke recruitment strategies and manage the identification and selection of high potential external talent for our 7 UK Supply Chain and Logistics sites. You will act as a recruitment partner to multiple stakeholders whilst managing high volume recruitment, from initial briefing and candidate identification through to assessment and onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, Supply chain leadership teams, HR and TA Manager to understand the Frontline recruitment needs specific to each site
• Identify and develop recruitment strategies and assessment processes for each individual opening partnering with the Emerging Talent Coordinator and our shared service Talent Acquisition team (TA KBS) on their specific recruitment areas (General Support Operators, General Operators, and Warehouse Operators) ensuring recruitment needs are met on time and in full
• Coach and support Emerging Talent Coordinator; weekly meetings to track frontline recruitment across UK Sites and be the point of escalation for areas outside of their remit
• Direct source candidates using a range of methods and tools, for all mechanical and technical roles across all UK sites
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles from posting open positions, screening / evaluating prospects to narrow the pool to the most qualified, best-fit candidates through the use of Montage, interviews and assessment centres and all administration involved with these processes up to the point of generating offer letters
• Partner with TA KBS Team to generate offer letters
• Provide a best in class candidate experience to all candidates, at each stage of their application process.
• Effectively articulate PepsiCo’s EVP to all active and prospectus candidates.
• Manage and conduct Hiring manager assessment centre training
• Ownership of monthly Frontline scorecard; updating site leadership & HRMs
• Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations.
• Partner with Organization Capability team on UK apprenticeship onboarding and technical onboarding programmes for new hires.
• Partner with on-site third party agencies to support their delivery of temp recruitment ensuring their EVP and recruitment strategy is aligned to PEP.
• Manage own recruitment data for technical roles
• Work with HR and site leads on building succession plans for technical roles and on build/ buy strategy
• Partner with UK TA Lead on Frontline EVP

Qualifications/Requirements

What we are looking for

• Fully lifecycle recruitment experience (ideally within a Supply Chain function)
• Experience of using an applicant tracking system and comfortable with Boolean searches
• Proven experience of building great relationships with internal senior stakeholders across various functions.
• Previous experience of managing a high requisition load, with often changing priorities.
• Confident to collaborate, influence, coach and guide hiring managers at all levels
• Strong analytical skills – can see connections in data / transform data into meaningful insights
• Effective multitasking/prioritization skills, managing competing priorities
• Navigating in the matrix & succeeding in virtual communities
