To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Here is your opportunity to lead end to end recruitment of professional-level openings across ANZ; developing resourcing strategies related to search and selection, workforce planning, candidate assessment and inductions while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive global, regional, and local talent acquisition projects.
Key Accountabilities:

• Drive end to end recruitment for professional positions across Australia and New Zealand
• Lead innovative sourcing initiatives to attract passive talent and proactively build talent pipelines
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies
• Support the roll out of employer branding
• Managing the Global Business Services (GBS) relationship
• Support Global and Sector (APAC) projects and initiatives such as: integration and automation of systems, consolidated candidate testing platforms, improved candidate experience, hiring manager resources, upgraded recruiter search tools etc

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• End to End talent acquisition experience within agency or inhouse environment
• Experience in working on TA related projects
• Experience in leading Employer Branding
• IT Savvy, comfortable in using ATS and leading TA related IT projects
