To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Administration Manager to join our team at Quaker Oats in Forrestfield, Western Australia.

This role will business partner very closely with our APAC Sector, and will provide you with scope to work cross-functionally within Australia to develop and lead the Finance, IT and Administration team across all accounting, planning, budgeting, administration and IT requirements.
You will report into the APAC Supply Chain Finance Director and you will manage a team of 4 employees across the Finance, IT and Administration functions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Development and execution of Quaker Perth finance strategy, Annual plans and control day to day functions of Finance, IT and Administration department.
• Custodian of the Transfer Pricing mechanism for APAC Oats Strategy
• Business Partner with Supply Chain team to execute Quaker Perth as APAC Quaker Perth source of Flaked Oats for China, Asia Pacific, India other Affiliates.
• Supervise accounting, financial reporting / controls, planning and budgeting within the business, and partner with management to review financial costs including balance sheet and cashflow reporting
• Oversee the fixed asset management function and ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies
• Develop and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function through regular reviews of CAPEX and Productivity Planning Processes
• Manage and maintain the site IT business services, and site security and surveillance systems in consultation with external providers and internal control measures
• Support the Board of Directors and Company Secretary on all corporate matters, and manage upkeep on administration buildings

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in accounting, with a CPA/CA qualification
• Prior experience within a leadership or management role (within FMCG preferred)
• Somebody who has a balanced approach between people leadership and analytical problem solving
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to be able to engage with stakeholders both internally and externally, across all levels of the business, and to meet scheduled priorities
• A strong continuous improvement mindset, with proven ability to set targets, implement strategic change and achieve goals aligned with this
