We fill some of the biggest gaps in healthcare by providing expert-led, personalised support to people when they need it most, all on a secure mobile app. The areas we support include fertility, menopause, pregnancy, early parenthood, men’s health and women’s health (with more to come).

Over one million people across the UK now have access to Peppy through their employer or private medical insurance. With Peppy, they can connect with a human expert over chat or video call, engage with a community of like-minded users and turn to a library of events, articles and videos, all at the touch of a button.
We work with over 50 employers including Santander, Capgemini, Aviva, SAP and Wickes, as well as partnering with huge insurers, Vitality and AXA. Peppy helps them look after their people when they need it most, and to build an employer brand that helps them stand out from the crowd.

Demand for Peppy has never been higher. We 8x’d our revenue in 2021 and doubled again in the first three months of 2022. Our headcount has also shot up as we’ve tried to keep up with the growth. We’re now one of Europe’s fastest growing healthcare startups and we’ve just moved to the US where we plan to do it all again. But in a much bigger market.

We’re looking for an ambitious Talent Associate to join Peppy’s fast-growing team, who wants to play a role in the next chapter of our journey and be part of a force for good in the world.

As our Talent Associate, you will:

• Become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at Peppy, reporting into our Senior Talent Partner, you’ll be on a fast upward trajectory towards becoming a Talent Partner.
• Help us identify and engage the best-of-the-best passive candidates, across all areas of the business. You’ll spend a lot of your time using LinkedIn recruiter!
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and Otta to identify and shortlist high calibre candidates to ensure a healthy pipeline for all priority roles.
• Help Peppy to maintain and improve on our exceptional record of Diverse and Inclusive hiring.
• Play a key role in bringing more brilliant and passionate people into the Peppy team, to help us on our mission to bring our services to more and more users around the world!
• Become a trusted partner and supporter to the Talent Partners and Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Bring a solution mindset and never-ending positivity to the Talent Acquisition team and wider business!
• Review and telephone-screen strong applicants on junior roles, across all areas of the business.

Who we are looking for:

• You’ve got about 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry under your belt in a candidate / sourcing focused role.
• You’re in a recruitment agency and keen to pivot your career in-house but keen to move to a mission-led business like Peppy that is doing actual GOOD in the world.
• You’ve always been a top performer in your recruitment role, always/regularly exceeding your targets.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You’ve got a burning desire to build a career in the startup / scaleup space and love a sometimes-hectic, but always exciting, work environment.
• You are personable, have a collaborative attitude and a very strong work ethic.
• You love hunting for those amazing candidates who aren’t easy to find, and finding creative ways to engage them.
• You’ve got a love for smashing hiring targets and still get a huge thrill from closing a tough role and changing someone’s life by securing them their dream job.
• You’re passionate about working for a Mission-led business who cares deeply about providing a Diverse, Inclusive and Equitable environment for its people.
• You’ve got the ambition to progress into a Talent Partner role and progress upwards within Peppy as quickly as possible – you will get the opportunity to do both!
