Job Title: Bilingual Printer Field Technician

Days/hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Various end clients across Saguenay

Pay Rate: $55 to 60K
KM Reimbursement: $0.46 per km, does not apply for the first 50 km travelled.
(Potential for company car after probationary period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm

Description

To provide timely service to existing contract and billable customers in the Saguenay area. Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Take up tasks such as new equipment set-ups, equipment reconditioning and general technical service.

Skills

Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.

Knowledge of Basic Networking.

Computer and analytical skills.

Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox.

Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Must have valid driver license and insurance.

3 + years experience

Educational Background

Candidates with a High School Diplomas, Electronics or Computer Associates Degrees will be preferred.

Certifications

Certifications awarded by manufacturers: HP, Xerox, Konica, Lexmark and Canon would be beneficial.
