Job Title : Dispatcher Pay Rate : $20.00 – $21.00 per Hour Location : San Leandro, CA 94577 Hours : 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM PST Days : Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (Off Wednesday & Sunday) PeopleShare is seeking a reliable fulltime dispatcher to help create trucking routes that keep costs down and meet customers’ scheduling needs.

You will be the primary interface between customers, sales, system operations and vendors! If you live near San Leandro, CA and have this skillset apply now! Openings are being filled quickly! Essential Functions :

• Develop pickup / delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Research of shipments for corporate request and accounting s
• Cultivate strong relationships with CDL drivers
• Answering phone calls and email request in a professional and timely manner

Skills / Competencies :

• Must be able to type 35 WPM
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office Products
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Experience :

• 1+ years in Call Center or Customer Service
• 2+ years dispatching experience.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to work overtime and the occasional weekend rotations.
• High School Diploma
• Familiarity with Southern California
