Job Responsibilities & Description for Remote Payroll Specialist:

• Verify employee hours, department, and pay rates from time sheets and codes to payroll worksheets for assigned departments
• Verify and audit master file changes from HR system
• Investigate payroll records and provides justification for calculations such as effective dates, receipt dates, authorizations.

Job Requirements for Remote Payroll Specialist:

• Minimum 3 years directly related payroll large company experience. Workday payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of tax requirements/payroll deduction guidelines.
