Job Details for Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

• Schedule: M-F
• Pay Rate: $75K – $83K Depending on Experience
• Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

• Develops, administers, and implements programs that support the long-term improvement of employees
• Facilitates team building workshops, exercises, or programs
• Provides coaching to leaders and executives on organizational growth
• Responsible for developing a formalized mentor program for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees
• Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process for exempt positions
• Administer the Mid-Year and Annual Performance Develop Plan process

Job Requirements for Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee/Professional Development
• 3 years experience within an employee development function
• Preference in the leadership development and/or Human Resources
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure
