Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on the Omnicom Media Group account.

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) is the media division of Omnicom Group Inc. Its businesses in Australia include leading media service companies OMD, PHD, Hearts and Science, Foundation, Resolution Digital, Adylic and Annalect. We are looking for a highly ambitious Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our amazing in-house recruitment team here in Melbourne and lead the recruitment for OMD which is the largest agency in Australia! They are also 3rd best place to work in Australia – so if you’re considering an in-house recruitment role, it doesn’t really get much better!

You’re going to partner with them closely, becoming an integral part of the people & development team. You’re going to work with them end to end to define their recruitment strategy, partner with the business leaders to identify and introduce key talent into the business, fill any open vacancies and proactively source and pipeline future talent.

It’s 2022, so your approach is going to be a bit different and you’ll be working across marketing, employer brand, EVP initiatives and will have a lot of influence and strategic insight to provide in this area.

The recruitment team work as an RPO solution powered by PeopleScout, the world’s largest RPO provider.

This is a full 360 Senior Recruiter role. It is a permanent opportunity with either an office based or hybrid work approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target candidate markets, appropriate sourcing strategies and research methodologies to actively build talent pipelines
• Build relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and HR teams.
• Understand client’s requirements, advise, and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
• Manage advertisement campaigns, referrals and conduct behavioural interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process.
• Where necessary, cover the TA Team Assistant duties in their absence

Skills & Experience:

• End-to-end recruitment background with a strong emphasis on candidate development
• Prior experience in recruitment within media, marketing and digital disciplines would be awesome but we can get you up to speed on that pretty quickly.
• Adept at refining systems and processes to optimize performance and productivity
• Solid knowledge of current TA market insights, trends, and technology
