Your Role:
Our client – UBT, is committed to developing the best products and services to equip their customers with the skills and knowledge to grow and prosper. Leveraging global scale to partner with leading 3rd party suppliers of products and services, and with an in-house business advisory team offering consulting services across Finance, Human Resources, Group Buying and Digital Marketing, UBT serves its customers via a network of offices in 19 countries, and has global revenues approaching AUD $600m.

We have an existing team of 6 Talent Acquisition Partners across Australia and New Zealand, who are all home based, and we are looking to add another talented TA Partner to the team! The solution is an in-house agency model, providing both a consulting advisory and fulfilment service to UBTs customers across ANZ. With a diverse range of stakeholders and organisations, recruiting across a wide range of white-collar roles and geographies, no two days are the same.

About You:
Exceptional customer service, commercial acumen, and sophisticated influencing skills will see you succeed in this role. You will work autonomously, have strong admin skills, a resilient nature, and will enjoy working on a variety of white-collar roles across both Australia and New Zealand.

Strong recruitment experience is essential, either inhouse, agency or RPO. You will bring a high level of consulting capability, creative solutioning and urgency to deliver win/win outcomes for all parties. Experience recruiting Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Finance and Customer Service roles will be highly advantageous as they form a large portion of our clients’ recruitment needs.
