Your Role

Our client – UBT, is committed to developing the best products and services to equip their customers with the skills and knowledge to grow and prosper. Leveraging global scale to partner with leading 3rd party suppliers of products and services, and with an in-house business advisory team offering consulting services across Finance, Human Resources, Group Buying and Digital Marketing, UBT serves its customers via a network of offices in 19 countries, and has global revenues approaching AUD $600m.

The solution is an in-house agency model, providing both a consulting advisory and fulfilment service to UBTs customers across ANZ. With a diverse range of stakeholders and organisations, recruiting across a wide range of white-collar roles and geographies, no two days are the same.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is the onsite face of PeopleScout. Responsible for leading the team, delivering innovative talent projects, building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and successfully delivering talent placements for assigned roles. As with all PeopleScout solutions, an understanding of reporting, metrics and analysis is required along with an ability to use this data to develop meaningful conclusions.

An experienced member of the team, you will quickly develop your understanding of the clients’ business and develop internal networks so that you are able to engage and influence key stakeholders during the recruitment process.
